At Kicksters, we are committed to providing our customers with a comfortable and reliable shopping experience, whether they are purchasing specialty coffee or other Kicksters products, including mugs.
General Terms for Exchange and Return:
Product Condition Upon Receipt:
Upon receiving your order, you have the right to inspect the product and verify its condition and quality. If there is any defect or discrepancy from the described item, you may return the product immediately to the delivery representative and receive a full refund, including tax, excluding delivery fees. If the product is picked up from the Kicksters location, the customer must verify the condition of the product before making payment.
Returns Within 7 Days:
You may return any product purchased from Kicksters within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided you have the purchase invoice sent via WhatsApp. A full refund, including tax, will be issued, excluding delivery fees.
